REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, The refund will be initiated after the product is received. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment. your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns/replacements:

We will review replacement/return requests for the following issues:

  1. ​​We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  3. For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
  4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  5. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
  6. Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
  7. Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.
  8. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
     

Important note

Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding won't be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover

2.If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.You need to email us plushpac@gmail.com with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging.

Exchanges

The ensure you get what you want to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered or without any manufacturing defects is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
